    The Doctors are awesome but the front desk receptionist, not so much. It would be nice to check in online and skip her.

    This place is the worst medical group ever. Anytime a doctor is on vacation and you need a paperwork filled out, they will tell you to wait for your doctor to come back or schedule an appointment so they can charge your insurance company again for physical examination. This is fraud and duplicate of service. They should have a backup physician to help fill out any forms. I had my physicals done 6months prior and want me to come back again. Dr. Gadgil is fraud.

    It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on phone when calling for an appointment at the Katy location. I called and have left messages for someone to return my call in order to make an appointment but no one ever calls me back. I have been leaving messages since Friday October 21 and no callback. Dr. Medrano is very good BUT can't ever get an appointment. Guess I will have to change practices.

    This place is terrible, if I could give Prime Care zero stars I definitely would!! I followed PA Renee Dodd here several years ago because I really liked her as my PCP. Last fall I had a sinus infection and tried to make an appointment and was told she was booked for months and furthermore no other doctor could see me for two months...they recommended I go to an urgent care facility. If I wanted to go to an urgent care facility I wouldn't have a PCP!!! And by the way, this was not the first, second or third time I was unable to get an appointment with any of the doctors there when I have been ill. In March I booked my annual physical with Renee Dodd. I was hoping I could get in sometime in May but was told she was booked until July. I made the appointment for the beginning of July. Last Friday they called to inform me that I would have to reschedule because she had a conflict/wouldn't be in the office that day. I guess she wanted to go on vacation!! I was told I couldn't reschedule until August. When I tell you my summer plans had been made around this appointment that I had made FOUR months earlier, I am not exaggerating!!!! I told them forget it, I am tired of being treated this way and NO doctor or PA is worth this hassle!!! I called Village Medical and was able to get an appointment for my physical at the beginning of July!! It was so nice to call and get an appointment so quickly!! Prime Care you need to make some major organizational changes or more patients like myself will realize there are much better medical offices out there. Also I noticed when you answer a review on here you are using a standard response...can you get any more impersonal??!! Potential patients do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

    I have a good doctor but cannot get appointments with him unless it's over a month out. When you are unwell or in pain, that is when you need to be able to see your doctor soon. The appointment desk is a big part of the issue here. The way they operate is not to the level of a quality company. Very sub-par. Messages left to try and get appointments go unanswered. There is not even an effort to try and get you in when there are cancellations or no-shows. Terse and even borderline rude. No empathy whatsoever. Covid or social distancing are given as reasons for the long wait times. But the wait times were not this bad a year ago when the Covid situation was worse. I hope the doctors are aware of the low ratings Prime Care has on sites with reviews. I advise patients to go elsewhere. When sufficient people leave, change will hopefully come.
