    I would not recommend due to lack of communication within asleep department. Had to call multiple times to find out study has not been read yet even after three weeks. Apparently the doctor group is highly recommended, but the office and staff are definitely not.

    One of the worst doctor offices in Houston. Save your money and time and run away. Stuff is very rude all the time. Not even worth one star.

    My dad has been seeing Dr Razzack for a couple of years now and we couldnt say enough good things about this practice. The doctors are great, the staff is so friendly and caring. We are truly so grateful for all the help and care theyve offered my dad. We would highly recommend them over anyone else!

    I should have run from this clinic from my very first appointment but I gave them a second chance. My first appointment they did not obtain my medical record and sleep study from previous clinic. So I had to reschedule my appointment until they could get the record. Why was this not done prior to my appointment? No clue. Once I saw Dr. Farouki, he discussed my sleep study with me and diagnosis. He answered all of my questions. He was very nice and informative. He started the first medication and I would see him back in a few months. I updated him via My Chart portal. I asked questions on the portal but I got no response. Since January I have tried 3 different medications. Later I learned that the clinic changed from My Chart App to Healow App but the Healow App was not quite set up yet. Did the clinic reach out to their patients to let them know? Nope. I got a call from the clinic telling me I need to move my appt bc the doctor wont be in the office. Okay fine. But that pushed my appointment out another 2 months. I left messages for Dr Farouki and his medical assistant 2 times about changing medications and to discuss the medications since my appointment was postponed. I never got a phone call back. I did get a phone call from my pharmacy telling me my medication was ready but I had already tried that medication and anyone who looked at my chart would have seen that. I called the clinic again and left another message asking why they called in an rx I have already tried. No response. I call again the next day and asked to talk to someone, anyone because I was tired of leaving messages and not getting answers or calls back. I talked to someone in charge of the medical assistants. I dont remember her name. She was nice and told me she would get to the bottom of it. The medical assistant called me back that day and gave me a poor excuse as to why she didnt call before/after she called in the wrong RX for me. I told her that I needed to try something different and she would have to talk to Dr Farouki about it or offered me an appointment with the Physicians Assistant. I said sure, whatever I can get or do so that I can get on a new medication as soon as possible. Scheduled the appointment and hung up. Today was the day of the scheduled appointment. Did I get a confirmation call/text? Nope. So I called 1.5 hours prior to my appointment and they told me I had nothing scheduled for today and my next appointment was with Dr Farouki in July. Awesome. This clinic lacks every type of communication skill you should have with a patient. I am beyond frustrated for the lack of care, communication, and professionalism from this clinic. I am just in complete disbelief at their level of incompetence. I have since transferred to a new sleep clinic and I await their appointment. My psychiatrist is helping me with medications for my sleep right now until I can be seen. I would seriously consider not scheduling with this group.
