Dr. Kristen and her entire team are absolutely amazing. I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic. They are all so sweet.

I scheduled online. After driving an hour round-trip and taking off work to attend, I got there and the office was closed. No one ever called or followed up with me. Unprofessional and inconsiderate, I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

It's really hard to find good healthcare especially having no insurance or having just a basic plan. I'm very thankful for offices like this that make high quality healthcare accessible at an affordable self pay rate. Dr. Sarah Pinney and entire staff have been great.

Oct 13th, 2022, I took my partner to their office for treatment for a skin cancer. My partner is 75 and has some issues and I was concerned for her treatment, not for their competence, but for the ability to handle her attitude. We arrived at 11 as scheduled and they indicated it could take 4 hours for the procedure. After two hours, they came to get me and explained they had removed the cancer and were preparing to suture the wound. My concept was totally wrong, as the treatment area was round and the size of a half dollar. She allowed me to be present and as I watched, they numbed the area and marked triangles from the circle and proceeded to do an amazing job of using a thermal scalpel and conventional scalpel to shape the circle to a shape where she could close it to a single line to cleanly suture it and minimize the cosmetic impact. All the while, explaining to me what she was doing and why. The result was truly amazing! I was so awed by Dr. Wright, the support staff and all that happened. Their compassion, understanding and professionalism was truly amazing. As we were leaving, a man shared with us his pictures of his nose procedure for cancer and he was so proud of how well it turned out and how much he loved the staff. Medicine is more than science, but involves compassion, understanding and caring which is often missing in our time of minimal income from Medicare and insurance. I can tell you that it is NOT missing from these folks. They care, the staff are considerate and caring from the receptionist to the doctors. I can easily give them a 5 star rating, but would hope you would trust them with your family.
