10 min late for a dental cleaning, no grace period is the greeting. That is not patient-centered, esp I. This hell hole location and gps does not track this location which delayed my Lyft. Avoid.

I made an appointment. I showed up for that appointment. I was told that I had canceled it. Despite having received a text reminder for said appointment less than two hours earlier. And an email reminder the day prior. And a confirmationemail on the day that I made it. I was told that if I was patient they would see if they could squeeze me in. I should have called and confirmed. I can not believe how little they value my time.

The care that you receive is decent and the staff is personable however, I would not recommend coming here if you have anything else to do during your day. There will be a significant wait time (approximately 30 min at 8 am or 1 hr 15 min around noon).
