first off the orthodontist is amazing and empathetic, the billing and office staff not so much. I went in at 12 left at 5, need two root canals called to give them my new insurance info because i got insured with my employer for dental. I am told they'll call back tomorrow after running it and getting the pricing for me. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK finally i call them back on my day off work and am told the call never happened that i was talking to a (call center) and that they don't give pricing over the phone when 1- the call did happen i literally heard the girl i was on the phone with ask the doctor which tooth it was cause she didn't see the 2 that need the root canal and 2 she was fine and dandy giving me the price and trying to schedule me without insurance for the treatment.

I wish i read reviews cause the consensus is they just want your money.
will now be taking my business elsewhere and going with a dental provider my insurance recommends.
Ridiculous truly.
