Pooh Bear'z MK # 3 Childcare Center

I loved this daycare for my schedule, however my son hated it. My 3 year old was also being pinched and abused by a staff member who used to work there. I pleaded with the owner to look into it and she vouched for her employee every single time. My daughter had bruises on her body from her teacher. I would ask my child about it and she told me exactly who it was and my child didnt speak when she would get there. She would rebel. I have photos where her teacher is telling her, practically begging her to smile but she simply cannot bc she was the one who was abusing her. I feel terrible for allowing my children to go there as long as I did. My daughter begin talking more once removed from here. That tells me a lot. Also, my NCI was up and I wasnt aware, it was made aware to me AFTER my son begin to act up and rebel against the staff. He even begin to vandalize her property, I had no clue why he was doing it but I begged to let us stay. He continued and I realized, whatever was going on there, he felt wasnt fair. We were kicked out of the daycare while simultaneously, the owner letting me know that my 90day NCI was up a couple of months past. She proceeded to use that as grounds to get out which was fine, however she decided to tell me that I owed her for those past two months she didnt recognize had slipped by and I was no longer eligible. According to policy, it is the daycares job to stay on top of your books so I should have been notified AT LEAST by the owner that my funds was almost gone. Instead she used an isolated event with my son to try and then tell me oh yeah, and you owe me money, because your NCI was up two months ago. No mam. I refused to pay. ATP she had kicked us out and I wasnt at fault. She continued to harass me and also threatened me and also called my family members who were on my application like she was some kind of bookie or debt collector. Even one of her grandchildren were sitting in the meeting like I was going to harm her grandmother. I was professional and they were not. Do not recommend. Very ghetto staff except for a few. The 3 stars was for the lunch lady, she threw down in the kitchen. Also shout out also to the staff member who worked the 6a-1 shift. She was very nice and understanding. P.S.- the abusive staff member then stole from this same daycare and took off with the funds. Like are background checks even a thing here? That lady was a full blown criminal and was also stealing the owners clients behind her back. All of this was told to the owner btw and she let the lady stay each offense until the lady dogged her and left mid shift. I cannot make this stuff up. One of the worst experiences me and my children had the pleasure of witnessing. Always had drama lol

My son hated it. Attitudes, ghetto and liars. I tried it. She kicked my son out saying he slapped her. Her was 2 at the time.lol. Then her own employees told me she lied and she wasn't even paying them right but she can take trips everywhere. Her attitude was boujhetto to me.ijs

Responding to Scorpio 76 Hey, Lady I remember you and your son your son couldnt keep still he would come into the center and run around like he was outside call my staff and I bad names by the way I still have the same staff this happened about 5years ago why so long for the review
