Toured a few daycares and all I have to say is I CANT WAIT TO ENROLL my kids. The owner Alexis is so sweet and professional. The staff is just as amazing and both of my kids felt so comfortable and normally kids are the opposite that alone says so much.

Im Mandy . I worked in the infant room for a short time about 3 months , I resigned because I do Not agree working while not knowing my Covid result or working even though I was positive , which I was told to do . There was a baby recently with Covid , whom was believed to gotten the virus over the recent holiday break but had been sick at the center the last few days before the break and I was the one who cared for that baby . Soon after returning from the holidays I felt sick and needed a Covid test and my own babies 2 and 4 were sick and needed a test . My 4 year old was positive and I was as well it turned out and Im still currently positive but getting better everyday . I take Covid as a serious matter in which I didnt feel the people in charge at the center did . I morally just couldnt return being positive and chance to spread this virus especially to the infants whom I would of cared for . Please take care of your kids and I felt this needed to be put out there because this is in its own sense neglectful perspective with management at this center .

Coming on here was seriously one of the hardest things I have had to do since my child is still enrolled here but I feel like other parents coming and looking into daycares should also know. Everything in the beginning when my child first started was perfect I had no issues but here recently it has just been one thing after another. The most recent one is the daycare requiring for all the parents to pay half of the tuition for the week of 12/24/21 01/02/22 and the daycare will be CLOSED. They claim they are following CFISD calendar policy but CFISD does not charge parents when they close. There is a policy they have which I completely agree is that they still charge parents a full week of tuition even if the child doesnt come in so their spot can be saved in their class. What I dont agree with is the way Alexis says it. She says in order for me to save their spot I need payment if not they will be dropped from the class. I have a list of kids that are waiting for a spot to open up and Im losing money. I will say the way they treat my child is great I have no issues at all the ladies are awesome its just the owner the way she comes at you and tell you things its not a correct way you tell a parent leaving there child with you at your daycare. She needs to have better customer service and know how to speak to people. I understand a business can only keep running with money but me as a parent I would like to feel comfortable leaving my child not thinking that their priority is money or atleast change the way they come to you and speak to you. I am give them 3 stars because like I stated previously the way the other ladies take care of my child is not the issue. My issue is the owner with her unprofessional attitude.
