Rice Village Childcare Center

This review is in response to the daycares professionalism. Ive attempted to schedule a tour multiple times and Natasha has not responded nor has there been a response from their daycare contact form. Overall their 5-star reviews are based on a majority of reviews from the same time period two years ago without comment, which is suspicious.

We had an amazing experience at rice village for our daughter. After a horrible experience with our previous daycare, we were worried how this would turn out but we have nothing but praise for the team here. Initially Miss Isabelle and later Miss Hala have been amazing helping our daughter. Our daughter has loved going to school almost everyday. We are sad that we are moving soon to a new day care. Absolutely recommend the place. Thanks

DISCLAIMER: I cannot base my review off of the actual quality of childcare given by this institution, as we were never officially enrolled. My review is based off of the process of considering enrollment. When scheduling for a virtual tour, I was never emailed a tour link, and had to call the day of to get this sent. I was then informed during the tour that an originally mentioned start date was no longer available, as others had already signed up (within 3 days of the original call). Additional communication with different staff members then continued to give contradicting information on when an actual start date would be available. Overall my impression from the above interaction implies a lack of organization at this facility.

Would recommend this childcare center. We put our child around 3 months of age and it has been a great experience so far. Pick up and drop off is easy - for the first couple of picks up they checked id to confirm if you were authorised (which is great security and peace of mind) but once all teachers get familiar with you its a very simple process. Ms. Soli and Eleanor are amazing and continually update us through the app - includes pictures and feeding/changing. They also converse in Spanish to the kids allowing for a bilingual experience. We did have certain issues when there were substitute teachers when Ms. Soli and Eleanor were in vacation but the staff was very accessible and on hand to rectify all issues. Which made us feel great and gave us comfort.

Words aren't enough to express how amazing the ladies at Rice Village Childcare Center are. My 4 year old son started here last year in 2021 and he loves it! The teacher-student ratio is amazing and enables one on one learning experiences. I love it when my son comes home and tells me what his teacher Ms. Hala taught him or talks about the story Ms. Natasha read at story time. These ladies provide such a warm and loving environment for the kids here. I had doubts about enrolling my 3 month old daughter into daycare, especially since she was a preemie, but once I met Ms. Soli and Ms. Eleonor I knew I would be leaving my daughter in the hands of ladies who would care for my baby the way I do and would love on her and give her plenty of attention. These ladies are like family. I love the constant communication and updates on how my kids are doing throughout the day and how professional and sweet Ms. Jennifer and the other ladies are. Most of all I love the fact that when I drop my son and newborn off with these ladies, l feel like I'm leaving them with family.
