    There is new management and lack of communication. Director gossiping about other employees and always complaining. they also allowed a woman from Texas Diagnostic Laboratories to take covid test without properly organizing an appointment for the company to come out. Come to find out with company that did the testing (that 1 woman) was reported for fraudulent. they should have known the information needed before jeopardizing other employees. This lady took a picture of my I'd and the clerk at front desk ask for business card she said and when they didn't have any she didn't let her test her. Also some staff got kids pictured and others didn't. I was very upset and impatient with this company. As a sub this was very unprofessional!

    My son currently goes here and he's loved it. To see him come more out of his shell, coming home saying more words and to see him happy makes me really appreciative of this place...

    We had a very disappointing experience with this facility and it’s staff from what seems like the very beginning. My brother started here in august, the facility was brand new and the staff was always kind and caring and was attentive to our needs and the special needs of my brother. A couple of months went by and we noticed that the staff wasn’t the same so we finally asked and without telling us or sending an announcement to parents, most , if not all of the schools staff was changed from the director to some of the teachers we encountered every day. Around this time when staff changed we noticed that my brother was coming home with his lunch box full and everything unopened. He is special needs so he only eats the food we provide for him and we started to worry that he wasn’t being fed for the 6+ hours he stayed at this facility. We spoke to the director and it was nothing but excuses such as “I’ve seen them feed him here” (he only eats the food we provide for him, he won’t accept anything else) or “my grand babies go here so I assure you it’s under control”. We kept monitoring and this persisted several times. The director gave us her phone number and asked her to send her a message every time it happened but I don’t think it’s our job to have to tell the staff to do theirs. The most recent incident was the last straw for us..we brought my brother in for the day and they denied him entry because he couldn’t wear a mask and the staff had a positive Covid case in the past week. We understood the fact that since he is special needs he cannot wear a mask therefore we couldn’t bring him in but they only alerted us that morning, my parents had to be at work and we had no one else to care for him for the day so it was really a set back for us and we simply decided it was it for us. I talked to the director on the phone so she could explain the situation to me as my moms English is minimal (they had a translator for her but regardless she wasn’t translating everything to the director when she was there complaining in person) and I was constantly being interrupted by her while trying to speak. I’m not sure if she’s fit to deal with family members and complains. I would not recommend sending your babies here at all. Compared to other schools we’ve visited to replace this one, prices are too high here and it’s not worth paying for the treatment they get. Edit: we submitted a two weeks notice and they have proceeded to already close down his dashboard on the app. The two weeks haven’t passed. We also already spoke to the higher ups and we don’t need further assistance just wanted to share our experience thank you.

    Attempted to get information on tuition to make sure I can afford it before anything. I was told they can’t go over prices unless I go in for a tour. Why would I go and check out a place without knowing if I will be able to afford it. Makes no sense . First time I have ever been told that.
