My child started and was adjusting to being in a new center. On the 3rd day she was dismissed. Instead of owners allowing her to adjust and adapt they kicked her out over behavior. How are you daycare center and dont know how to deal with children who are adjusting ? Communication with the teachers wasnt consistent. One day she was okay and then the next day dismissed. Have patience with the child and not try to work it out after you dismissed her.

I am so blessed to have found this daycare for my beloved son Sebastin I recommend this place with closed eyes, for moms like me who do not speak English it is the best because there are staff who speak our language, my son is so happy and that makes me happy happiest woman to have him in good hands, I bless each one of the staff: Miss Luz, Miss Anabel and all of them for being so nice with our children.

My little girls started 2 days ago. I'm a teacher and I have worked in daycare several years, I have been in great daycares and in bad ones in which I have quit it. (In the last place I worked kids used to hit teachers and kids hit each other) I was afraid of having my girls in a daycare without me being around, in this occasion I'm working as customer service representative. My 2.8 years old is happy and love daycare when picked her up today she didn't want to come home lol... My 8 months old was my worry because she is still little and I didn't work when I had my first daughter until she was 2 years. I felt like I was failing to my 8 months baby. Yesterday I felt her crying a little bit and that broke my heart, when I picked her up she was happy and didn't acknowledge me when I got in... lol that was surprising to me and at the same time I felt so happy that she found a caregiver that she feels comfortable with. When I left her today she was so calmed and relax with other babies in the infant room. They keep me posted with pictures, the give me the reports, Samira and her team are doing a great job. I hope they keep that way... By the way the accept the breast milk even frozen I have never seen this before and they're willing to accept the food I provide for my toddler. ( I am Dominican and I dislike process food, I want my daughters to eat like dominicans rice, beans, and chicken, etc...) Price is so affordable and the give me discount because I have 2 girls. I feel blessed I found you Kidz Rocket. God bless you, I pray for you Teacher for love and patience every day, I'm a teacher and I have been there I know this job is challenging and hard sometimes. Most caring ppl to TRUST with your littles. I can not thank Kidz Rocket enough for all the above, and beyond they do, and help me with raising my little ones. It is beyond words the help and understanding they provide Mrs. Anna and Miss Samira, Miss Chelsea, and even some others that are no longer there have eased the single mom with an amazing peace of mind every time a put my babies in their hands. Thank you Kidz Rocket for all that you do, the kids, and I absolutely love yall and hope to see this establishment, prosper and flourish.

My children have been to 2 daycares previously and they learned nothing and screamed and their a fit at every drop off. This new daycare My son is saying full sentences, he knows numbers and alphabet and songs. He's becoming very patient and working on potty training snd they get so excited to go to daycare everyday!
