I'm so happy we decided to bring our baby to this center. She really thrived here and we always felt at home. The staff and kids at Miss Pattycake are like one big loving family. Our baby was always very well taken care of, learned a lot, had so much fun and made friends. I believe she is now a very social toddler because of all the interactions she had with kids of all ages at Miss Pattycake. We will cherish this stage of her upbringing forever.

It seemed promising but the director did not value my time when doing a facetime video call tour. She kept talking and I had to finally cut her short to say I am late for another appointment. The look on her face was one of incredulousness/contempt for daring to interrupt her. I should be the one annoyed or feeling offended that my time was not valued or respected. I informed them initially when making the appointment I had another one an hour later which they must not have remembered. They were also late to join the call; they were supposed to call me but didn't. I called them a few minutes after the appointed time and it took them another few minutes to get on the call. The place seemed promising from reviews, and the children seemed happy and well looked after. I would have considered it but for the lack of respect for my time; little room to ask questions (they spoke most of the time, which was fine; that is considerably better than one or two word replies at some places I had been); and the inappropriate and uncalled for facial look/response when I said I had to go because I was now going to be late. Completely uncalled for. What would be the response when there were an actual REAL issue to be dealt with? Hard pass.

When we began looking for a daycare for our 1 year old son, we considered several. By far, Pattycakes was the best. The Director Carmen Rausseo met with us several times to answer all our questions and give us the tranquility that our little boy would be well taken care of during the day with them. Her staff was top notch. Professional, attentive, dedicated, passionate about the program, and most important caring and wonderful with our son and the other kids. Our son started at Pattycakes and had many wonderful years there. He is today learning and developing and building on all the skills and insights you all at Pattycakes have given him. Pattycakes is not just a day care. They have become a part of our family. Thank you again Carmen and Pattycakes for all you have done for our son. We will always appreciate you all and Pattycake. A wonderful program. Will all miss it.
