Star Kiddos Childcare Center

Very unprofessional especially Melissa, she told a teacher at my son school that he could not ride the van to the daycare. She however did not get in contact with me prior to confirm how he would be transported. They also have ridiculous fees and payment dates. If you want to feel like your over paying poor care this is the place. However I must admit that Lewis is a darling and very helpful but Melissa makes the entire team look horrible

Today there was an incident where the owner/teacher decided to put her hands on my 8 yr daughter and pull her to sit down. My daughter was simply telling the adult that she needed to see the director because its an every routine they have. Instead of allowing my child to leave, she proceeded to aggressively grab and pull my daughter to sit in a chair and continue to point her finger in my daughters face. This is not the appropriate way to handle the situation. She came back apologizing and asking to give them a last chance. Theres no chances once my daughter is harmed!! Please dont go here!! I cant trust my babies will be safe under this kind of care.

We have unfortunately had to try several daycares before we found this gem. Going back to work after several months has been hard, but I feel better knowing my baby is safe and well taken care of. Thank you to the staff for peace of mind and excellent care.
