I wish i could give this branch office zero but i have no way to do that. I just like to tell you this Resource One branch has no motivation to earn business. I have never seen manager and supervisor won't help you anyway to open a large amount new account. They don't like to work so they will tell you (you do not have supporting documents or our system is not working) we need to get some document beside what you have... this is what they will tell you, so they do not have to work. Most of the time manager and front desk lady having fun and have no eye contact or customer acknowledgement. IF you want a branch office who can help you any way with smile, please go to Houston (Jones Road) Branch. This has fantastic team; they will do everything to make sure you are happy. I can't believe it when i went to this office from the Oak Forest branch. All the employees should go to this Jones Road branch and learn what is the true meaning of working for Resource one.

I applied for a CD account. They waited 30 days to tell me they need to send my pre-approved 30 days old application to compliance. Waiting that long changed the APY considerably. Manager Listacia handled it horribly. I ended up cancelling my application. I do not recommend this credit union. Very unprofessional.
