        OMG. Zero customer service. Literally zero. Two people inside, not sure what their job function is, they don't even acknowledge your presence when you enter, other than direct you with an arm motion to an atm for ALL transactions and questions. 10 minute wait for Teller to appear on screen. I've been a member here since 1985 when it was First Educators, and customer service was what they were all about. I haven't moved my business to another credit union so far ONLY due to inertia, but at this point, I have literally NO reason that would motivate me to stay.
