        the manager that took over from jose...doesn't follow through on what she says she will do. Tells me she is taking care of things that's been going on for over a year now. Texts me she is working on it..still nothing. I would not use this location at all...or depend on the manager to do her job. Very sad to be told one thing and its not correct..and to not get it fixed once the mistake is recognized.

        If your store is supposed to open at 9 a.m., it should be fully operational at 9 a.m. People shouldn't have to wait for service until 9:28. I don't go to a Dennys that opens at 6 and wait for the grill to heat up before my food can be cooked. It's already hot and ready 6. Time is literally money and a bank of all places should understand that.
