        Edit 4/5/24: 9:17 and tellers were not set up youve been open 17 minutes and still dont have tellers set up. This place is absolute trash now. Its unfortunate this bank is so bad. No one said we are having computer issues or anything its a bank and you mean to tell me you need 20 minutes leeway to get set up? Nuts. Very disappointed by Wellby. 20 minutes in the drive through with no one in front telling you the amount you said is wrong then finding the money. Fraud prevention is ridiculous. Any purchase you try to make they want to say its fraud and make you approve it takes forever and now its 3 days later and Im still getting calls from them after I approved through the email. My package still hasnt shipped due to funds. I have only banked with JSC for over 20 years but I guess its time to find somewhere better. Which is unfortunate because when it comes to putting our funds in a financial institution it seems we have very little choices for good service.
