Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry Houston

Very unprofessional. They charged me unrecognized services a couple times over $300. They never sent me the details of the bills, and I don't know what those charges are for. I called their billing department a couple times but never been answered. Also I was in network insurance by paying my copay for the couple sessions but all of sudden they are my out of network and charged me full amount without any notification. I had a couple sessions remotely but her internet service was so bad and breaking up so many times. I tried to switch to a new counselor but there is none both remote or in-person. Would never go back.

I was seeing Jasmyn Henderson for a couple of weeks and she would consistently be late to our sessions and behave in unprofessional ways. I continued seeing her because of convenience but stopped after a couple of months. I had requested her help with writing a letter for me, which she did, but then disappeared. I have called her listed number multiple times, called her office number, called thriveworks, and emailed her several times. At no point did she respond to me and no one that answered the office phone could get in contact with her. I even went so far as to schedule a session with her so that I could actually get ahold of her but she failed to show up to the online meeting. It has been almost 3 months since I last heard from her and will now be giving up and finding help elsewhere.
