Not a stranger to therapist and psychiatrist but shes the best. Got me through on month of being homeless and through a financially abusive/volatile relationship. Nimreen and I were part of the same community, even tho I dont see eye-to-eye with the Ismaili faith and community leaders, she still advocated my rights to key-decision makers in the Ismaili community. Nirmeen is an amazing therapist and counselor. We invited her for a group session for our organization and she was exceptional. She listens and gives extremely well informed information. We loved having her and will surely render her services again. Highly recommended!

Nirmeen is a wonderful, warm, compassionate counselor. As her colleague, I can always trust a client will be in expert hands if I refer her way. Nirmeen has sought out advanced mindfulness training in order to give the highest quality care to her clients. Nirmeen also practices what she preaches - she authentically shares how she has used mindfulness and self-care practices in her own life, which really helps illustrate how to apply these skills to everyday life. Nirmeen has a passion for helping people dealing with anxiety, and really knows the ins and outs of how anxiety can be paralyzing, but also how to guide her clients through it. I highly recommend her!

We really enjoyed the mindfulness workshop Nirmeen presented to our office last year! She helped our team reflect on the peaceful moments they could find throughout the day to center themselves. Nirmeen created a very calm and welcoming environment admits the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. I would definitely have her back again!

Nirmeen has played a huge part in my life. I was going through some difficult times in my life and Nirmeen guided me throughout the process. She was available whenever I needed to talk to her, personally, over the phone or text. I always felt good after talking with her. She always made sure that I am confident and have the right resources to reach out to if I need. She is a very caring and compassionate person not only as a therapist only but as a person. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that Nirmeen and I are part of the same religious community, but I was never hesitant to reach out to her because she is a professional, discreet and non-judgmental. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family who need assistance in their lives. She is the best! I would be happy to speak to anyone who wants a referral for Nirmeen.
