Phoenix Tower is very well run. The owners of the building are relatively quick in fixing maintenance requests. The facilities throughout the whole building are very well kept. The gym downstairs has great equipment, is kept very clean, smells clean, and is highly recommendable. They have security this building 24/7 which I think is a plus! Parking is a nice, tall parking garage which I have always felt safe parking in. It is huge too and theyre always seem to be spot somewhere, even if theyre on the higher levels. Most people that work here seem to be friendly and I have never had a bad interaction with anybody. Their patio on the sky lodge floor is very relaxing and a great place to meditate, play corn hole, or take in the view of the skyline. The caf is a little pricy but has great food and is very convenient for all employees there. Bathrooms on almost all floors are clean, maintained well, and most seem new. Its also located at a very convenient location, close to Richmond, Kirby, and 59. Phoenix Tower is a well run, clean, nice office building!
