        Been a member for a year now, they always treat me great, my car is clean and I love the free towels and cleaners so you can detail after the wash at the vacuums.

      • Cancelling is NOT so easy and the money keeps being drawn from bank account

        HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. I have a feeling they are working out of their garage and calling it corporate headquarters. I have cancelled my membership two months ago and yet they keep drawing money from my account. You can NEVER GET HOLD OF A PERSON. Even at the locations they do not answer their phones. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANK INFORMATION!

        Car washes have improved since they purchased. Unfortunately, their billing is a mess. Weve been double charged for one account, for months now. Getting anyone in customer service to try and refund or call us back seems impossible. This happens every few months without explanation.

        This location is the corporate office. Doing a voice search for the actual car was led me here. Maybe Google needs to make that clear when folks do a search. I would wager that most people don't want to come to an office when searching for a car wash.
