Adam Goldman is a great listener. He has a process whereby he gets to know you and your business goals. He evaluates your executive capacity to run a business as straightforwardly as possible. He will challenge you if you aren't quite ready to take that next step. The key to me was that Adam spent the time to evaluate my potential to lead a business. Adam's effort includes a letter that summarizes his evaluation of your ability to move forward or not. The effort to construct that letter seems rare, and I appreciate you for that, Adam. Adam had a gauge on me very early on. I wasn't really looking, but he studied my career and extrapolated the possibilities from there.
