Sam is a very nice person and I'm sure he can help with many things, however with that being said he couldn't do a transfer from my zoned school to another in hisd. I knew my child was going to get bullied at the zoned school and that's exactly what happened. The transfer was suppose to take 3-4 weeks it didn't happen unfortunately. I think it was because of Hisd changing its policies I'm not 100% sure. Sam does answer when you call or text, I just feel like I wasn't updated because he was so busy with so many bigger issues, but mine was a big issue to me. With that being said I hold no grudges and wish him nothing but the best and more help to make things faster of it's possible.

I highly recommend Sam Smith!! This man went above and beyond for our family. He truly cares about his clients. He always kept us up to date with everything and he continuously faught for our daughter. Thank you Sam and your group for everything y'all have done and continue to do for our kiddos
