Waste of money don't do it! Scam! Wasted a year and 3mo of my time! Someone gonna sue this lady for false advertising or something this is criminal!

Despite giving them more than 8 months to work on improving my credit, they proved to be completely unprofessional and failed to produce any meaningful results. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. They delayed taking any action for months and did not fulfill their promises. Moreover, their decision to have clients sign up with Smart Credit, a service they profit from, raises serious ethical concerns. It's evident that their focus is on financial gains rather than on genuinely assisting clients in their credit repair journey. Unfortunately, my interactions with VALLERY have led me to believe that they are nothing but scammers. They take advantage of people's financial struggles, offering false hope while failing to deliver any tangible outcomes. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to steer clear and explore more reputable and reliable options for credit repair. In conclusion, my time with The credit diva has been marked by disappointment, frustration, and a complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

I did more for my credit in 30 days than she did for the year and half she worked on it. Not one collection was removed with her. I do not advise anyone to pay her. She doesnt even check in with you. If anyone looking to fix their credit I strongly suggest learning from tik tok. I believe she is just collecting money and vacationing.

This company is a scam!! She'll take your money and give you nothing but the run around. I enrolled in the service around covid time with my husband paid over $300.00 waited over 3 months and never received any results. I called spoke to Ms.Jackie I was told to give it more time. More time went by I still never received anything. I went into the office and spoke to Mrs Jackie and address my concerns and I was told because of Covid things is talking a little kind then usual I was scammed out of my money and nothing was done for me. Beware of this company!!
