I have used Lane Property Tax Advocates since 2019 for our company and personal use. Rhonda and her staff are awesome in taking action to protest high taxes and get them reduced for both the commercial and residential properties. Highly recommended!!!

We have been using Lane Property Tax Advocates for several years to protest our portfolio of residential and commercial (single and multifamily) properties. Prior to Lane we used many of the perhaps better known firms who do a lot of marketing and wanted 50% of whatever savings they were able to negotiate with the appraisal district. Unfortunately, more often than not, these other companies failed to negotiate any savings at all. Since we moved our business to Lane, they have consistently negotiated material savings vs the appraised property value and they typically ask for a lower % of the savings then the bigger firms. They are very professional, proactive and responsive and seem to have figured out how to negotiate appraised value reductions when other firms cannot. They save us thousands of dollars every year. I have been using Lane Property Tax for about 4 years to protest my property taxes for my home. Every year I get money back. I just deposited another check for $317.45. This is a no brainer. You fill out a two page form and then wait for the check to arrive. Why would you hassle with this when you can hire an expert like Lane Property Tax to get you even more money? I am extremely satisfied with this company.
