Shawn and Amanda have been so professional and helpful. Obtaining Houston permits is a really big challenge, but they make it seamless. I have to pull permits for different cities for my job, and Houston is near impossible and by far the most difficult. I would be lost without HPS helping me, so they are definitely worth it.

I was first introduced to Shawn after our Mobile modular company dropped the ball on our new lower- school building permits. With school starting in 45 days, we were in a panic. After hiring Shawns frim we were able to secure all of our permits and save the school year! His expert knowledge of the local, city and state codes with a broad base of connections with local engineers is worth every penny! My only regret was not hiring his firm from the get go. The Mobile Modular Company was so impressed by his work and energy that they hired his firm to do all their future permitting work! Do yourself a favor and go with someone who will save you countless of headaches, time and money.

As chairperson of Shop 'Til You Drop Marketplace, Shawn has handle our event permit for the last two years in an efficient and friendly manner. Hats off to the Houston Permit Service and Shawn Royer for all the high water rescues he did and assisted with during Hurricane Harvey.
