Sullivan Brothers Builders

A totally horrible experience starting with sales agent all the way to the warranty/ maintenance department. Homes look really nice, but the quantity of materials and fixtures is questionable and low budget. I had heard great things about this builder (Sullivan Brothers), but I've been greatly disappointed every step of the way. Their people are also two-faced and rude!

Homes look nice, but I have personally had problem after problem with this home. The quality and workmanship is poor. As for me, dealing with the maintenance warranty scheduling has been a total flop. Appointments are not kept and there is no follow through. I wish the builder was more interested in keeping their customers happy. I definitely do not recommend this builder.

Sullivan Brothers sells you a home with guaranteed warranty but does not respond or comply when it comes to needing their help. JR specifically ignores all residents and will not follow through on what he says when it comes to warranty. In addition, there has been non stop construction going on in our community starting as early as 5 am, which is a noise ordinance in Harris County. We have complained about the noise ordinance and have had no response. Workers are drinking/smoking while building these properties and completely disrespecting the community by playing loud music and hollering off balconies at all hours of the day. Do not buy a property here, it is not worth the $400-500K you originally took pride in when buying the home.
