TXF Construction

The President and owner of TXF Construction, Rick Benner took payment for three slabs of countertop stone and then failed to purchase them. Despite written promises to return my money and house keys to my home, he has now gone completely silent. He has not responded to phone calls, texts, emails or a certified letter. At this point he has stolen $5,100 and has not done any work on my home or provided any materials. He is a liar and a thief. I will pursue legal action against him and his company and warn anyone from doing business with him or TXF Construction. He also failed to finish a job at my parents home, although he was paid in full.

This company also known as Construction Solutions practices very unethical business and does not pay it's subcontractors. They owe our company $30,000 and and have since December 2020. They do not answer emails, calls, and they are never at their office. It is a family business, so everyone is in on it as well. The owner, Rick Benner, has Josh Benner and Shelby Steindorff as the main contacts, who is his son and his son's wife. I've read other reviews about them doing this to other companies as well. Everyone should steer clear of this pathetic company!

Fast prompt excellent service. The most professional helpful company Ive ever done business with. I had several broken pipes under my house from the recent winter storm and they took care of my issue fast. Would use them again 100% Service: Repair water fixtures
