When I first hired this guy to do my home, I told him I wanted A-Z done. He stated he did an inspection of the property and let me know what needed to be done and what didnt. He gave me one bid, then changed it to be more. A lot of the things that were done were not completed to the design I told him I wanted. Also, things that he stated that did not need to be done ended up having to get repaired. I Originally told him that the home needed to be lifted and He told me he met with the city and got the green light to not have to lift the home and to start renovating. I am now stuck with a home that I cannot sell bc the city said I have to either lift or demolish. His Instagram is also full of work that is not his!! When calling him all I would get is fake promises of completely the home/ or he wouldnt answer!

I would give him 0 stars, but thats not an option.. We hired forte spaces for our investment property. Per contract the house would be complete in 3 1/2 months, but that was not the case. The property took a year to complete. They would never show up to work and when they were there nothing would get done. ALOT of the materials per the contract were not installed. Per contract they were to install wood floors, they instead installed LVP flooring. The floors were not leveled/ installed incorrectly. We paid them to install new pool equipment. They installed a small pool pump that never kept the pool clean and they refused to change it to the correct one. Also, were supposed to install a 96x144 exterior bifold door, but they instead installed a single slider door. Wine rack was supposed to be from end to end of the staircase and we didnt even get half of that. The quartz that we selected was not installed Basically, 90% of the of the items on the contract were not done correctly. When we advanced him money to get the job complete he would disappear and when I called him to see why nothing was being done, he would tell me hes on vacation with his family and he would get back to me. Once back he would say he needs more money. This happened numerous times. After all of this he is still asking me for money when the stuff that I told him was incorrect, was never fixed.

Awesome! They are very detailed and know what they do very quickly and efficiently, they are not cheap but it is worth it, we recommend them!
