        Nick Hayyat is a bad guy. Do not attempt any business transactions with him or any company he associates with. He is a co-partner in this construction company. He will ask for a deposit via Zelle and then when you decide not to do business with him he will keep your deposit for "wasting his time." He did this to an 82 year old man in Denver that flew to Houston to do a business transaction to buy a car. When the customer declined the business transaction Nick got very hostile and said he was keeping his deposit for "wasting his time." This is fraud. It is now an open FBI investigation and Nick has threatened an elderly man and said he will come after him and his family. Do not enter into any business dealings with Nick Hayyat. He is a crook.
