I bought this house 2 years ago because of the closeness to 288 and 610 and the price was well within my budget. I will say that the house had a lot of issues. The cheap price had poor craftsmanship so no surprise there. I would recommend that if you buy a house from them you use a magnifying glass on everything before you are under contract and have them add it into your offer. The painting was poorly done we have grout falling out of the tub (used rarely) and the shower (they came and fixed the grout once within my 1 year warranty and same thing happened and blamed it on the cleaners used) lots of cracks around the windows and in the corners of the rooms. Instead of running the gas for the stove correctly the first time so the stove fit flush the stove now sticks out 2 inches in front of the cabinet and they had to block off the corner door so I have to crawl into the cabinet to actually even use it. Lots of places weren't caulked well and the paint used on the cabinets was cheap. They only put gutters on the front of the house. Why? No clue I would have paid the extra $100 to do the back of that had been an option Overall just clear that they hired people who weren't truly good at what they do.

I bought my from cole & Klein bulider at a affordable price 2/2020.we had a final walk thru with a field services rep before closing and fix cosmetic item with no problem.vanessa is very professional and dedicated person. Thank you
