My biggest mistake of 2021, was buying a home built by Zitiro. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the lack of craftsmanship until it was too late. I noticed that they cut a lot of corners. The walls are not straight, the paint is patchy in some areas, the door knobs/handlebars are different colors, light switch panels are cricket, the electrical wiring to the lights and ceiling fans were all out of wack, the wiring to AC zoning system was not installed correctly, window was not sealed/flashed correctly causing water to leak through the window. I was able to fix some the minor issues myself, but some of the other issues are leading to bigger problems. If you come across a home built by this company, think twice about it or do a thorough inspection of the home and craftmanship. Don't get blinded by the nice finishes and fixtures.
