        Tenants can never reach anyone at corporate. There are so msny issues at Lancaster Senior Village Apartments, a 55+ complex. Many tenants with school aged children, tenants way below age 55, trash everywhere, cannot keep maintenance personnel, crime is high, the gates stay inoperable, the manger is rude and unconcerned with issues seniors are experiencing, one yr rent was increased to $100 plus for a tax credit ( income based) property. The list goes on and on.

        South rice apartments are the absolute worse .. the leasing agents are the worse it is gross living here, knats invade your apartment, people are smoking on the stairways, they tow your cars for no reason brown stone residential corporate does not answer the phone
