1.) Check their math * The rep gave me a price per piling and the # of pilings needed. He then told me if I signed the contract NOW, he would give me a discounted price. Well, I multiplied both prices per piling, and came up with different amounts (lower) than he did.
2.) Please, please give Jerico and Olshan a call for a quote. I didn't call either of these companies at first. Mainly because I was sure their price would be higher than all of the other 7 bids I received. Jerico was about half the price that Foundation Solutions AND it was for 3 more pillions than any other company. Olshan was about 3/4 of the price of F.S. Bid.
I had to put this warning out their for others to know. Just get bids from every company out there. It's your money, time and your home.
