Run away. I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review. My recent experience with the Bellfort office has been disappointing. The level of customer service, communication, and timeliness of services has been subpar. Despite calling ahead to confirm their hours of operation, I was met with a closed office due to an inservice, contradicting the information provided by a representative. Additionally, promises regarding the availability of my medical records within one week were not upheld. I strongly advise reconsidering the viability of this location. Overall, the lack of efficiency and accountability is concerning, and improvements are necessary for the benefit of future patrons.

everyone was super sweet, Veronica is very very unprofessional, rude & loud. I came in today for one reason, they ended up charging me for whole bunch of other things.. i asked why, her response is thats just what they do. I even watched her deal with another customer, poor old lady. She demanded she made a payment before she could be seen today. Had everyone in her business. Doesnt try to keep ur business or the reason your there confidential at all.

I've been going here off and on for my general every 6 month STD testing, I see the same 2 doctors, and even though the clinic is convenient the communication is terrible, everyone is not on the same page, they bare respond to your My Chart messages, when you call you're left on hold for 10 minu the doctor forgot to put in orders ,which is crazy because thtes. My last visit the doctor forgot to put in orders which is crazy because I see her all the time, and this is routine for me. I think I'm gonna have to find another Clinic to go to .

Ive always hated going to any medical facility but the the Staff at Bee Busy went out of their way to make my experience as positive as it could possibly have been. They were extremely polite, patient, and most of all empathetic, a very rare quality in the industry. They were informative and every staff member was actually listening to me, even the pharmacist who was funny and genuine. When nearly every medical clinic in the area casually quoted ridiculous office visit prices, the staff at Bee actually helped me plan out my payment options. They even followed up with me the day after and it further solidified my appreciation for everything they did. While I dont want a reason to return, Ill be confident that Ill be taken care of if I ever do. Update 11/22/23: Joy the provider here blew me off after the medication she gave me didnt work. They said theyve exhausted all their options but instead of advising me to seek a specialist, they said to seek over the counter meds and hope for the best. In the past shes told me to seek religious guidance for my health issues, something I dont appreciate from a medical provider. Eden at the Bisonnet location is also rude and dismissive. The only good provider is Mary and shes hardly ever available. Im only leaving a 5 star review because the rest of the staff is nice and efficient but they need to let go of Joy.
