Firstly, I want to acknowledge the hard work and attention to detail that the designer, Viann K, puts into her dresses. The quality and craftsmanship of her designs truly reflect the effort that goes into creating them. However, my experience at the dress appointment for my daughter was less than satisfactory. Despite arriving on time, the staff seemed rushed and pushed us to try on dresses quickly, even prioritizing someone without an appointment over us. The lack of transparency about this and the overall disorganized atmosphere was off-putting, especially considering the high price point of the dresses. When inquiring about the price of a dress, I was told that someone would speak to me, which felt unnecessary and impersonal. The overall customer service experience felt lacking, and the ambiance of the store did not match the luxury price tag. As a result of this underwhelming experience, I attended a quince expo and found a similar dress to the one my daughter liked, which ultimately led to a more positive shopping experience.
