Ms. Aisha is very attentive, loving and caring towards all of the children. My granddaughter has been a student here for several years, and love going there. She appears to know all the children by name and me by sight. The facility is always clean. The Staff I have interacted with are all friendly and get along well with the children, even 6 week old babies are there. The children are transported to and from school. Meals serve 3 times a day. BTW, I have added them to Yelp.

Intially this daycare was okay. When Ms.Brittany was here we enrolled our Son which was a big deal for us as he has been home with us since birth. We live in a day and age where finding a reputable childcare center is absolutely hard. With the amount of neglect, abuse, and dishonesty that occurs in centers across the US, we didnt want to leave our son in just anybodys care. Brittney assured us the facility was secure and explained that although there are cameras they were being fixed so that parents could monitor kids. The cameras never were fixed, but that didnt matter after a while, because SHE was really good at communicating to us about the details of our little ones day. Unfortunately Brittney left the daycare in October, this is when things started to go down hill. I want to commend my sons teachers, because they did a great, and I do mean great job! However the director Ms.Aisha is extremely dishonest. My husband and I had several instances back to back where her inability to pay attention to detail, lack of communication skills and complete neglect for emotional empathy and intelligence was made evident. 1. Instance was around Halloween my husband reminded Aisha no chocolate or watermelon as these are food allergies outlines in his paperwork. That same day he was given chocolate and even sent home with chocolate in his goody bag. I begin to notice his food allergy bumps appearing all over his face. 2. My husband reminded her once more.. the following week my child experienced diarrhea 3 days in a row. We did not notify the daycare until day 2 as we are aware that he doesnt eat sweets and they had party items. However when the diarrhea continued we began to become suspicious as his diarrhea was accompanied by vomiting white and his poop was white. I called the daycare and was dismissed as Ms.Aisha was too concerned about her car and not present at the daycare to tell me what the children ate that day. She kept rejecting our phone calls as we were trying to obtain important collateral given our son is 1 and cant communicate himself yet. After my husband called multiple times 3 hours later he got a hold of Aisha only to confirm our fears that he was given foods he was allergic to. Had his reaction to these foods developed further my son could have died and we wouldnt have had information on what he was given during that day from his daycare. Completely negligent. Another instance Aisha told me my son had to drink from a regular cup all day which took time. I questioned her as my husband always packs a cup. She swore up and down he didnt have one.. upon calling my husband he described the cup. She went back to check and found the cup full of milk. Then proceeded to redact her story saying he had been using his cup all day. This lady will absolutely lie to cover herself. My husband and I have witnessed her doing this. This is such a red flag again when working with toddlers who cant yet communicate. Please reassess who yall are allowing as director. Again the teachers are great, ms.Brittney was amazing but unfortunately too many gaps in communication with Aisha Completely unprofessional. Also to have the only phone and not be present at the daycare is reportable. We decided to pull our son out. He is now thriving at Kidz rocket.
