The doctor is amazing and took great care of my husband, but the office staff is horrible. Good luck trying to get the office manager, Kim to call you back. We've left several messages regarding a large refund that is due to us and have heard and received nothing. The office staff always says that Kim does the refunds or she is not in the office that day. Does she actually work? It's been almost a year trying to get this resolved. Kim has left me know other choice but to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board. It's a shame that the doctor receives poor ratings due to the office staff!

My husband had the linQ implanted a while back. Dr. Rami is very good-always pleasant and very knowledgeable. Its the staff that ignores calling you back. We told when this was implanted that when you went into Afib-someone would call you. My husband fell and went into Afib-sent a message and I called the office and left a message with Medical Asst. 2 or 3 times explaining the situation and she finally called back the following day at the end of the day. I also called the Remote Department for this and a recording said to leave a message-they return calls on Tues. and Thurs. well again I called twice and still no call back and its at the end of the day on Thurs. what use is this linQ and talking to someone?? This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen! My husband has been with Dr Rami for about 14 yrs. If they dont care about their patients any more than that - maybe we need to go elsewhere only because of Dr. Ramis staff..
