Dr Yao is an incredible doctor. He has taken care of me for many years. His new office is amazing with well staffed technicians and staff. I had echo cardiogram which was the best I have ever received. The new equipment is state of the art. The technician, Iloy, demonstrated care, consideration, and knowledge while the test was administered. He explained why it was so important to get the best results by positioning me a certain way. Dr Yao is very particular to get the absolute best results. He explains everything and tells me to reach out to him whenever I need him.

Dr. Yao is very professional and caring. My wait time was less than with other doctors. He was very thorough and explained my condition and medications with me very well. I highly recommend Dr. Yao.

Dr David Yao is the best Cardiologist you can go to. He listens to all your concerns. He doesnt rush you. He deeply cares about all his patients. You will always see him not a nurse practitioner at your appointments. I feel very confident that he is taking the best care of me and my husband. His staff is amazing. We highly recommend Dr David Yao.

I am updating my review as the support staff has really improved. To be clear the staff with issues was the shared administrative staff between doctors (check-in, check-out, scheduling, etc.) His nursing and medical staff have never had an issue. Even if a doctor is 5-star, if you cannot schedule or see him or her in a timely manner it doesn't matter. Dr. Yao has consistently given my mother great care, spends time to discuss questions, and clearly explains options. He has been five star throughout. Original review: I really don't like giving a 1-star review. Dr. Yao is great but the office and administration is so bad it is unavoidable. I bring a family member to Dr. Yao and handle the appointment scheduling for them. I have literally called over a dozen times for either appointments or the staff. After holding for 3 to 10 minutes, it passes me to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and they call me back five days later. I left a appointment request online also and it took five days. When you get to the office, it actually gets worse. The front desk handed me paperwork to fill out. I asked if she had us checked in or if they were waiting on paperwork. The staff said we were checked in so we took our time with the paperwork. Unfortunately, she didn't mark us as "ready" only "arrived". It put us behind other patients when they were already running late. We waited over 2 hours to see the doctor while most waited about an hour.
