My wife likes Berman me not so much. To me he is a no it all and arrogant. My wife had a echocardiogram the person doing it finished and walked out my wife was still sitting on the table with no top on or bra he doesn't even knock and almost came all the way in and said excuse me. My wife had to calm me down or it might have ended badly.

Dr. Berman is professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my heart issue and made recommendations. I give Dr. Berman 5 stars. However, if I could give his staff negative stars, I would.

I highly encourage anyone who is looking up these reviews to read them. If you have a family member seeing doctor Berman and you are now stepping in to help (like I was), I encourage you with everything in me to go get a second opinion. My grandpa loved doctor Berman and his staff. He quite literally would do anything they say and trusted them and their work. He ended up in the hospital and things progressively got worse (not as a result of doctor Berman, but as a result of many issues that got worse). Doctor Berman was his favorite doctor and like I said, he admired him greatly. When I needed to reach someone and had questions, like others say, NOBODY ANSWERS CALLS OR RETURNS THEM. I needed to speak to someone and was urgently trying to get a hold of someone, left messages, tried again. This was the worst experience with zero communication, complete lack of empathy, nonexistent communication when we needed someone. Not once did he call, express concern, offer sympathy, nothing. He may be a great doctor, Ill never know, but to deal with this level of awful communication from him and his staff is just upsetting and disappointing. How do you not have someone on call for urgent matters, especially with elderly, to help? How youre treated when it comes to a loved ones health matters. I encourage anyone seeking a cardiologist for themselves or family to look elsewhere.
