I had the most terrible experience with the Baylor schedule system. Tried to make an echo test appointment. The schedule person (S______e) never answered her phone. Repeated calls and messages for got her replies in two standard voice messages in one week. I dont think she cares how a test could affect someones life. Not sure she is at the right job!!!

Dr. Jawdat has saved my dad's life about four times in the last 28 years. Yes, 28 YEARS!! I have nothing but praise and gratitude towards this wonderful human. Dealing with his "rude staff", as some state on here, is really nothing compared to the gift this wonderful surgeon has given us. And I will say, we have seen plenty of staff come and go....and it's just that, staff that comes and goes, the most important person is still there, Dr. Jawdat. Thank you Dr., you allowed me to grow up with my dad by my side. Forever grateful!

So far my experience with this place has been very disappointing. This is not a rating on the doctor himself but his staff. Im changing doctors after the holiday. Had full heart scan, ultrasound from neck to feet, stress test and was SUPPOSED to get a 24 hour monitor a few days later. This was 3 or so weeks ago. Had follow up appt to find out results of what may be wrong with my heart yesterday at 2:15. Got there on time and was informed doctor had left for the day AFTER I was called the day before reminding me of my appt. I was apologized to and finally got the monitor. Very unprofessional. How would this office handle things if we need further treatment or surgery. Not gonna take the chance. My heart, my life. My 2 star rating was strictly grading the doctor himself. Very nice and seemingly informed man. Not going back. Going to have my murmur checked at St. Lukes like I should have in the first place. Cannot with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
