Dr. Morris’s office is a joke!!! I had blood work done in March and have yet to get back my results. He put me on a Heart monitor with a cell phone to track my heart rhythm. I ultimately had a reaction to the pads and returned the monitor sooner than expected. I called to let them know about the reaction and no one answered or returned my call. I returned the monitor that I wore less than 3 days and I returned the phone. Now Biotel sent me a bill for $137.84 and charged my insurance $2900.00. and I don’t have any results for any tests done. I would not go to this office it was a horrible experience when I was feeling my most vulnerable.

It is practically impossible to get records sent in a timely manner to hospitals or other doctors, and don’t try to communicate with anyone in the office; they do not return calls and seem to care less about patients. Dr Mitschke is wonderful and needs a caring staff in the office to get a positive review!
