        Called to inquire about prices and spoke to Shamika. She was extremely rude and dismissive. My move in date is not until October but I wanted to get an idea of the cost of the apartments available so we can make our selection. I don't understand what her problem was. The attitude she gave me was really uncalled for. I deleted this complex so quickly off my list, I can only imagine how they treat their residents. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

        A great experience living here! Ive always felt secure and comfortable living here at San Brisas. The amenities are top notch, and their service staff are always on it. I really like that I can go for a stroll all around the neighborhood for late night walk, something that very few apartments can create. Hopefully if life deems right Ill come back, but until then; thank you San brisas

        Nothing to say except AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, Stephanie, Carolyn and each and every one of the team members of the leasing office , helped me through my leasing process, always on top of everything, always with a big smile , going above and beyond the call of duty , San Brisas is my new home , Thanks to them , the Community is unbelievable, safe , quiet , the units have everything you need , and the price is really good for the great place San Brisas is. Thank you again Stephanie, Carolyn and the whole leasing team.

        This was my first time moving out and Ive been here for 4 years. Unfortunately couldnt resign but literally the best living experience I couldve asked for. The amenities are awesome but what made it surpass all my expectations are the people that work here. They actually care and I know sometimes people can get down but if you have any questions and you are unsure, ask!! I honestly feel bad for not fully getting to know each and every one of the leasing agents and mangers and the maintenance staff as well. I will like to give a personal thank you to Carolyn Grimm. Thank you guys so much.
