The customer service at this branch is exceptional!! I have been coming here for 10 years now and it's always a pleasure. I personally wanted to take the time out to thank Yolanda Papillion my favorite Ashley Martin, Joanne Daniel and olajuwon Williams for the smiles and family environment banking customer service they they provide. I see there are few good reviews about the customer service here which I will not go against since I have not have any bad interactions with the bankers. HOWEVER, my complaints are about the BANK itself. We as a black business decided to come here to support, and what I personally have experienced is the worst i have felt about being with any bank. Let me explain. I find myself asking why do I bank here. They do not have Zelle support, they charge service charge for any balance under $2,500, when you call the bank by phone after hours you get a recorded message and cannot access the banking info. They only have a branch in Houston and Atlanta. When you sign up to mobile banking, your password will expire and you have to CALL to get it reset and after spending 30 mins on the phone they still can't get you into the app. After being with them for 4 years I have called them multiple times and even had to spend an hour in the bank trying to gain access to the mobile app to know what our funds & transactions are. My partner went to request statement printouts and they said it would $5 per month. $60 just to get 2023 statements al because we cannot access the online banking. Today I was finally able to get online again. They asked me to login using the "Personal" account login instead of the "Business" login and it finally worked but shows how BROKEN this bank is. Would not recommend for ANYONE unless you just want a place to store your cash and not know how much is there until they mail you a paper statement but still charge you maintenance fees.
