Amegy Bank

Whatever you do - avoid Amegy Bank at ALL COSTS. I have been a customer of theirs for 25 years (before they were even named Amegy) - as both business and personal accounts. What was once a great local business bank has become the most unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have dealt with in 25 years of business.

Extremely unprofessional personnel, this bank owns half of the entire first floor of this building. Upon entering I attempted to utilize the communal door to the other spaces in the building only to be told I was not allowed. After explaining I was there to do business and I needed to access another office, I was still told rudely that I was not allowed and I need to exit the entire building and walk around outside to access the other businesses. At the time I was carrying two large boxes and tried to once again explain myself and was denied again. I am curious as to whether or not the building owner is aware that this bank is refusing access to communal building doors in their building
