        The ladies at the Bay Area branch are amazing. They are always kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. This branch is a model of what a small town bank with big city capabilities should be. Highly recommend.

        There overdraft fees are insane. It takes forever for transactions to hit your account and when they do you may not alway have enough money to cover the cost. I had an transaction that was suppose to hot my account on the 20th they posted a memo the day before which made my account go into overdraft and then charged me multiple fees. I will closing my account today because it feels as if Im just giving them my money to take. Im extremely frustrated with there services. They have already had to switch from patriot bank to green bank and now they are vertex. I used to love there services but they are trash now
