        Worst bank to ever do business with.....Bad experience . 1.Customer service representatives almost all are not friendly . 2. Requested assistance due to COVID related concerns .(In July) I was advised that there is an assistance program available - the plan was to lower my interest rate and was advised that it will take effect in August . Turns out a review was made on my account, account was closed and interest rate was never lowered (as of October)
