        I called with general question about business accounts and services. The woman that took my call was abrupt, didn’t want to answer simple service related questions, or transfer me to a more knowledgeable employee. I’m disappointed and they should be, too. I am looking at buying an existing business from one of their clients. They could have retained the account with a transfer of ownership (or something similar). I’ll be using NFCU for my business needs - thanks!! It made my decision easy.
