For the building to be so large, why are there so few bank employees on the floor? Furthermore, why was there only one bank teller working? Now I'm well aware that i I am not the only person that needs to come to the bank during their lunch break (usually 30 minute time frame), so if you're expecting a rush of customers, please PUHLEEZ staff accordingly. It took seconds for me to be greeted, but because of the greeters poor communication skills, I waited for him to help me instead of the teller. By the time, I was able to grab his attention again, he redirected me to the bank teller, but by that time there were four people ahead of me (including one that had issues with providing acceptable ID). What I thought would be in and out took over twenty minutes. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Great customer service. My husband and I had to make an appointment for Saturday. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they did not show any sign of rush for working half day and patiently help me to open a new account. Me. Trent Walker was our banker and he created a very good experience for us. We definitely recommend this branch to every one.
