Crash repairs-worst experience ever, my car has been in their shop for over 5 months now and I still dont have my vehicle! These people have no communication, when they are supposed to communicate with the client twice a week! Im the one calling them for updates for them to tell me different stories-parts are in back order, its not us its American Honda, oh you will get the vehicle this day-only to push whatever day they told me to now we dont know when, the car is at the service department at the dealership now but they dont answer when we call!! The dealership and the body shop are owned by the same company and they keep blaming each other for the delay!! Now Im having to be calling the body shop and dealership for updates because cant communicate?!?? Meanwhile they have been paid by the insurance already so they dont care in what situation the customer is in because they already collected their money!! if you are ever in need of a body shop, run from this one and find another Honda body shop!!! I would not even give them a one star but I dont have that option!!!
