        Earlier this week I received a call from your office where it was implied for me to move my time slot to an earlier slot. At that time, the appointment could have been canceled as I explained that I was leaving work early to arrive to my appointment on time. I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance and it seems as if the nature of appointment would have been reviewed prior to the actual day my appointment. After scheduling to leave work early, I received a call that my appointment had been canceled due to Dr. Mulcahy not providing service for my suspected condition. The condition which I do not know if I actually have (me and WebMD)! Very disappointing and inconsiderate of my time! If I was informed ahead of time, I could have found another physician weeks ago.
